Capturing Milestones: Sowjanya's Bharatanatyam Arangetram Journey
Embarking on my second Bharatanatyam Arangetram, I was booked immediately after my first in June 2021. This marks the fourth Arangetram for the Nataraj School of Dance within a year, with Sowjanya being the tenth student to complete this significant dance milestone. The highlight? Sowjanya's mesmerizing snake dance, a result of her dedicated hard work.
Fortunate to capture this milestone once again, I not only enjoyed photographing the event but delving into Sowjanya's family, dance journey, and future plans. This special occasion challenged my creativity, making me think differently and produce compelling images in a confined space with limited tools.
Every image is a testament to my passion and love for the Bharatanatyam art form.
