What types of events do you cover?
I cover all sorts of events both private and corporate. This includes but is not limited to: Birthdays, Cradle ceremonies, Corporate Events, Conference, Dance concerts, Graduations, Expos, Launches, House warming ceremonies, Half Saree celebration, Gender Reveals and religious ceremonies of all types.
Should I hire a photographer that specializes in event photography?
Absolutely! While a wedding photographer specializes in weddings, familiarity with the formats of different events is crucial. Each event type has its unique structure, and experienced event photographers are adept at understanding and capturing accordingly. Moreover, they tailor their approach based on the intended use of the images.
How many different shots do you take?
I don't have a fixed image count. I shoot intentionally, striving to capture as many meaningful moments as possible.
HOW MANY IMAGES WILL WE RECEIVE?
When it comes to events, you can expect to receive 100 or more images, capturing the essence of the occasion. While my emphasis is on delivering quality rather than quantity, I want to assure you that I will not withhold any images based on specific numbers we may have discussed. My primary goal is to provide you with a comprehensive collection of photographs that truly captures the essence of your event , regardless of the exact quantity. Your satisfaction and the preservation of precious memories are my utmost priorities.

How do you handle different lighting conditions during events?
I have vast experience shooting in challenging environments, including dimly lit halls, so there is no need to worry. In situations where possible, I can utilize additional lighting equipment to ensure that I capture well-focused images. It's worth noting that certain venues may have restrictions on flash photography. To address this, I employ advanced camera systems with exceptional low-light performance, paired with lenses featuring low apertures. This allows me to skillfully navigate such settings and produce outstanding results, even in challenging lighting conditions.
DO YOU OFFER PHOTO ALBUMS AND IMAGE PRINTING SERVICE?
Absolutely! I offer beautifully crafted photo albums, fine art prints and wall art. These tangible keepsakes showcase your cherished images in a timeless format. Collaborating with professional printing labs, I deliver albums that truly reflect the beauty of your photographs. Experience the tactile beauty of handcrafted albums and museum-quality fine art prints during your consultation.
ARE WE ENTITLED TO RAW OR UNEDITED IMAGES OR VIDEO?
Regrettably, I don't provide any RAW or unedited files. My emphasis is on delivering a high-end finished product. I believe the meticulous editing enhances the overall quality and enjoyment. I shoot with the final, post-produced product in mind. If there are specific moments not included in the highlight film, additional options are available for obtaining professionally edited clips of those significant moments.
When can we expect to receive our photographs/products?
You will receive the finalized set of images as an online gallery within 5 working days (exclude weekends) of the shoot.
The turn around time to deliver the video is 3 weeks from the shoot date.
The turn around time for albums and wall art is 6-8 weeks.
Are there any hidden costs?
There are no extra or hidden costs for the sessions. Prior to booking you will receive a full pricing info. Upon booking a photoshoot you will receive a contract with all of the details of the shoot so you know exactly what to expect. A non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the session. The pricing of sessions are as stated. You can also purchase extra prints, albums or wallart if you wish.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO KEEP MY SESSION IMAGES PRIVATE?
Absolutely! If you prefer privacy for your images, just let me know during booking. I fully respect your choice, and images won't be shared on my blog. For increased privacy, consider adding an exclusive license to your base package. See the contract for pricing details.
Can you explain the concept of an exclusive license?
My prices include permission to use selected photos & videos for marketing. I may share some of them on social media and my blog for keeping my portfolio up to date. How far in advance should I book for my event?
It's advisable to secure your booking as soon as you have a confirmed date and venue.
For Corporate Events 2-6 months in advance.
Private Parties and Special Occasions like birthdays or anniversaries can typically be done 1 to 3 months ahead.
If your event coincides with a busy season or a time of year with high demand (e.g., holidays, festivals), consider booking 6 months in advance.
Do you charge travel fees?
Not if in the Wellington area. Travel fees may apply outside of Wellington.
How do I book you for my event?
To secure your date, a non-refundable retainer/deposit amounting to 50% of the total package cost, along with the completion of a signed contract. Failure to sign the contract will result in the acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms outlined in the contract through a paid deposit.
