Documenting the ANTS Retreat: Leadership, Learning, and Community in New Zealand
Established in February 2020, the Aotearoa New Zealand Federation of Tamil Sangam (ANTS) quickly became a cornerstone for Tamil communities across the country, registering with the Charities Commission to formalize their mission of unity, cultural preservation, and progress. Recently, the federation organized a 1.5-day retreat designed to focus on planning, leadership, and education—a gathering that brought together members from across New Zealand. I had the privilege of photographing this inspiring retreat, capturing moments that reflected both collaboration and community spirit.
